Loving. Hopeful. Tragic. Absurd. These four words seem like they would serve well to describe most of our families. With songs that are at once loving ("Hold Me"), hopeful ("A Little Bit of Faith"), tragic ("Brother Jeremy"), and absurd ("I Could Never Marry John"), Kevin Heider's new EP proves to be a unique, honest, and heartfelt acoustic reflection on the joys and struggles that every family faces. "If this Christmas isn't white," Kevin sings on the EP's 5th track, a song dedicated to his entire his family, "I'll be just fine...as long as we can make it through the night. As long as I've got you, then I'm alright."
